During a winter storm, the temperature on the top of a mountain changed an average of -2.5o C every hour for 12 hours. At noon the temperature was -5o C. During the same period, the temperature at the bottom of the mountain changed at 1/5 the rate of temperature change on the top of the mountain. What is the hourly rate of change at the bottom of the mountain?
