His assistant coaches have different opinions about this data. Coach Griswold thinks that weight is a good piece
of information to help predict the number of points per game a player will make. "Heavier players will be able
to push aside more defenders, so they will score more points!" Coach Faulder, on the other hand, thinks that
the 100 meter dash time will be the best predictor. "Faster players, who have lower times on the 100 meter
dash, will be able to avoid defenders more and score more points. "Looking at the data, do a gut check: do you
agree with one or both of the coaches? Explain your reasoning.
