Take this example:  Tony has an essay coming up as he sits down to study he gets a text message his friend Amy. Amy just got tickets to a basket  ball game. Instead of telling her no Tony goes to the game saying he will to the work after , When Tony gets home the new season of his favorite show is on Netflix, so for the next 3 days instead of writing Tony watches his show.
