Currently, 12.3% of seniors at ABC High School have an unexcused absence at the end of the
year. They have just finished a trial with 90 random seniors who used a new self-accountability system.
Of those seniors, 14 had unexcused absences at the end of the year. Use a hypothesis test using critical
region and a level of significance of 0.05 to determine if there is sufficient evidence to conclude that the
rate of unexcused absences has changed.
