• y is the height of the object.
• t is the time, in seconds, since it was launched,
• v0 is a constant. It's the initial upward velocity (speed) of the object, in feet per second
• -16 accounts for the pull of gravity.
• 6 means the object was 6 feet off the ground when launched.
