Need help plz, not sure what to do

with a tank of 32 gallons, distance can be travelled = 430 miles

hence, with a tank of 1 gallon, distance can be travelled = (430/32) miles = 13.4375 miles

now,

(a) distance will be covered with 16 gallons of fuel = (13.4375 * 16) miles = 215 miles

430 miles = 32 gallons

1 mile = 32/430 gallons

and,

(b) for 154 miles = [(32/430) * 154] gallons = 11.460 gallons

= 11.5 gallons (after round off)
