What is step 10 in this proof?

this is a tricky question, lol,   but i think the answer is 100,000.

you start with 40 minutes and 8 people to paint a wall. then it asks how many minutes does it take 10 people to paint seven walls.

that means you start with division.

40÷8=5

now you have to multiply that by 10

10×5=50

now you want to multiply the amount of walls by number minutes.

50*7= 150 minutes or 2½hrs
