1.) Suppose you were given a right cylinder and a right cone, both with height 10 and congruent bases. Suppose you filled the cone with sand. How many cones full of sand would it take to fill the cylinder? 2.) Suppose you were given a right prism and a right pyramid, both with height 10 and congruent bases. Suppose you filled the pyramid with sand. How many pyramids full of sand would it take to fill the prism?

Answer and then explain how the formula answers this question.

Use the V=1/3*(base area)*(height) formulas.
