● Revenue: 100,000 $ ● Cost of Goods Sold: 20,000 $ ● Salaries: 25,000 $ ● Rent: 35,000 $ ● Profit: 20,000 $ ● Profit margin: 20%

Question:
1. The owner feels he cannot afford to pay My service's 30% commission. How can you convince him/her that it is profitable to do so? Please work out the math.
2.The vendor grew 30% from month 1 to month 2 . The vendor wants to know how data points should you be looking at?
3.The vendor is doing good business with us. Now you want to bring a discount deal of 15% for a month from the vendor. How will you convince the vendor?
4. After a year you want to renegotiate with the vendor & increase the commission to 35%. How will you convince? What will be your supporting data?​
