Cylinder a has a radius of 1 and a height of 4. cylinder b has a radius of 2 and a height of 4. find the ratio of the volumes of the two cylinders. (there is not supposed to be a picture for this problem - if you'd like, you may draw the cylinders to find the ratio of the volumes.)
