This is the concept of algebra, to solve the question we proceed as follows;
the current number of women is:
1/4*20=5 women
the percentage of women is:
1/4*100=25%
therefore for the team to have 40% women, the number of women should be:
40/25*5
=8 women
The answer is 8 women
