The left column is the stem. The right column is the leaf. To read values from the table, read the stem first and then each leaf one at a time. For example, the stem of 8 indicates the number starts with 8. Then the leaf of 0 is added on to get 80 which is one of the data values. The others are read the same way.

As you can see, the majority of values are concentrated in the 9 stem, which is more towards the bottom of the distribution (or right side if you arrange the stems from left to right). This data set is left skewed due to the outlier 50 on the left side of the data set. The attached histogram further adds visual confirmation that this data distribution is skewed to the left.
