Me quik with both of the questions !

1) 120 ft^2
    steps: find the area of the large box
               8 x 12 (width x length)
               = 96
               find the area of the small box
                   **find the length by subtracting the side already used (8) from 14
                       =6
               6 x 4
               = 24
               add the two to get the total area
               24 + 96
              = 120
2) C
    steps: know that 3 x 24 = 72 which would match the area of the original                    triangle to the new one. 
              Rectangles have 4 sides with two pairs of matching lengths
              find perimeter by adding 3 + 3 + 24 + 24
              = 54
              54 does NOT equal 36
              this is the answer 
              *** none of the others have the same area otherwise you would                            need to guess + check answer choices to find the correct one. 

I’m pretty sure the slope would be 1 since the x and y values increase by 1
