Find the surface area of an orange with a 3'' radius.

Someone asked this exact question and i found this; hope it helps (this answer was provided from someone else) 

None of those answers is correct. Assuming the orange is a sphere, the surface area S = 4π r² where r is the radius. This would give an answer of 

S = 36π sq. in. 

This is in the neighborhood of 113 sq. in.
