p2+14p+48 is the problem and to solve this problem we're going to factor
The middle number is 14 and the last number is 48.
We're trying to fill in (p+_)(p+_) so you have to find two numbers that can properly suit the problem
Add together to get 14
Multiply together to get 48
6+8 = 14
6*8 = 48
So the answer would be (p+6)(p+8)
