Explanation: This is an example of 3-dimensional trigonometry. This is asking you to identify triangles, and to use available resources to work out lengths and angles. 
To start with these types of questions, we need to first establish a diagram that will help with our visual representation. Refer to my diagram, and let me know if you have trouble understanding why I drew it like so.

Now, looking at drawing #2, we can see a relationship between the angle and the side we're looking for, namely h₁
Using the tangent function:

, which comes out to be approximately 90.629... ≈ 90.6m

Now, this is just for h₁, let's find the whole length now. Based on big diagram, we know that h is just h₁ + 1.3 = 90.6 + 1.3 = 91.9m. (ie B)

(2) The whole area is 17 × 20 = 340.
Since each of us is 2.25, 340/2.25 = 151.1111... ≈ 151 of us.
