lets say x = 0
y = -2(0) - 3
y = -3so when x = 0, y = -3

y = -2 - 3
y = -5...so when x = 1, y = -5

y = -2(2) - 3
y = -4 - 3
y = -7so when x = 2, y = -7

so ur table will look like this...
