Give the values of a, b, and c needed to write the equation's general form. 1/4x^2 + 5 = 0

1. A = 1/4; B = 5; C = 0
2. A = 1; B = 0; C = 20
3. A = 1; B = 0; C = -5

I worked it out and got A= 1; B = 0; C = 20. I'm not really sure if I'm correct or not, please confirm for me, thank you!
