3. The price of a pair of Bose headphones increased by 15% in December.
Part A: The original cost for the Bose is h dollars, write an expression to represent
the cost of the Bose headphones after the increase.

Part B: If the original price of the Bose was $278.50, what is the price after the
increase? Use your expression from part A.
