Bob is packing a suitcase to take on an airplane. A suitcase and its contents can weigh at most 50 pounds before the airline charges extra fees. Bob's suitcase weighs 10 pounds when it is empty, so he can put 40 pounds of clothes in the suitcase. Bob's shirt weighs 0.5 pounds each, and his pants weigh 2 pounds each. 1) Choose appropriate variables for the two quantities.

2) Write an equation that describes the relationship between the number of shirts and the number of pants he can pack, assuming he packs exactly 40 pounds of clothes.

3) Generate a table of values with at least five solutions for the equation you wrote in part b

4) Graph the line that corresponds to the equation you wrote in part b
