1. Write as- 5(6-3)=6+13
2. 6-3=3 so 5(3)=15 and 6+13 is 19 so write 15=16.

(Add the 15 on both sides) 5x=x+28
(Subtract x on both sides) 4x=28
(Divide both by 4) x=7
