Is it better to sleep early wake early or sleep late wake late if I have to save energy for tomorrow night?

It depends on the amount of sleep you get. Plus if you wake up early, you can get more time to do all the things you need to do.. making you active and productive throughout the day.
Sleeping late and waking up late could be unhealthy to starting off your day. You can experience health problems as well.
