Her teaching assistant just came in to help her. She can grade at a rate of 6 assignments every hour. At some point, they will be finished and will have graded the same number of papers. How long will that take? How many assignments will they each have graded?

we can also evaluate combined functions for particular inputs. let's evaluate function hh above for x=2x=2. below are two ways of doing this.

method 1: substitute x=2x=2 into the combined function hh.
