MATRIXES A vending machine company places 3 vending machines in an office building. Each machine sells a variety of soda, chips, and candy. Every week a representative from the company is sent out to replenish the machines to capacity. Each machine can hold 40 beverages, 50 bags of chips, and 60 types of candy. During one visit, the representative counted that there were 18 beverages, 14 bags of chips, and 35 types of candy still left in the first floor vending machine. Still left in the second floor vending machine were 22 beverages, 18 bags of chips, and 24 types of candy. On the third floor machine had left 14 beverages, 7 bags of chips and 13 types of
candy.

A. Let Matrix C represents a 3x3 matrix of the total amount of items that all three vending machines in the building can hold. Write matrix C where the rows represent the number of items and the columns represent the type of items.

B. Find matrix D which will show how many items were sold out of each vending machine for each item. Explain the process used to find matrix D.
