CAN SOMEONE SOLVE THIS EASY PROBLEM FOR ME PLEASE? I AM HAVING A HARD TIME SOLVING IT, AND NO ONE IS HELPING ME. PLEAS! Complete the problem using the following steps to find the factored form of the polynomial.
1. Find all possible rational roots.
2. Use Descartes' rule of signs to determine the possible number of positive, negative, and
complex roots.
3. Use synthetic division and the quadratic formula to find all roots.
4. Write the polynomial in factored form.
Show ALL work for your steps.

f(x) = x^3 - 4x^2 - 3x + 12
