In creating the table, you will need to make some choices about how to bin the data: how many bins,

numbers that fall on the boundary between two bins. In writing up your answers, be clear about how
you are making these choices — there is more than one reasonable way to do it, so you need to be
clear about which decisions you are making.
2. After you have made your table, use it to construct a histogram of the data, choosing the height of the
bar so that the area of each bar matches the relative frequency of your bin. Show all necessary
calculations and use graph paper for your histogram to make sure that the vertical scale is consistent
and correct.

4. If your histogram is unimodal, is it skew left, skew right, or symmetric? Why?
