A jar contains green, blue, orange, and red marbles. There are 20 marbles in the jar Jacques finds there is a 30% chance that he will randomly pull out an orange marble . Jacques finds that the probability of pulling out an orange marble , putting it back in the jar, and then pulling out a blue marble is 10.5% . How many blue marbles are in the jar?
