As x approaches positive infinity , the (3/4)^x becomes very very small, count it as zero
f(infinity)=0+4
f(intinity)=4
as x approaches positive infinity, y approaches 4

when x goes negative, we do inverse so we get
f(-negative number)=(4/3)^x+4
therefor as x goes smaller, (4/3) gets bigger and tehrfor
as x approaches -infinity, y approaches infinity

so

as x approaches ∞, f(x) approaches 4
as x approaches -∞, f(x) approaches ∞
