How do I get rid of feeling embarrassed from my past? I always start remembering things from my past an start feeling bad about myself

There’s nothing you can do I think but pretend you don’t remember it hehe

Try thinking of the last time you remembered something embarrassing someone else whom you don't know that well did(classmate, coworker etc) chances are that you don't remember anything and if you do, it is not in detail or you don't really care/are understanding of them. IDK that's prolly how others feel about you to so don't stress to much about what has already happened, people change and feeling embarrassed of the past just means that you have become a better person.
