In a city, there are 11 public and 5 private swimming pools. On weekends, 6 of the pools are open. George says that the ratio of pools open on weekends to the total number of pools is 6:11. Emma says the ratio of pools open on weekends to the total number of pools is 6:22. Is either student correct? Explain. I really need help
