sub in any number u want for x, and find y
y = 1/2x + 5subbing in 2 for x
y = 1/2(2) + 5
y = 1 + 5
y = 6
so when x is 2, y is 6(2,6) <== additional point

y = 1/2x + 5 ...subbing in 0 for x
y = 1/2(0) + 5
y = 5so when x is 0, y is 5(0,5)... <== additional point
