No, there is no legal limit to the number of email addresses you can use to receive emails. If you own a domain name and run your own mail server, you can set up nearly infinite email addresses under that domain, which all funnel back to a single person. Some people actually do this in an attempt prevent spam proliferation: create a new email address under their domain for each time an email address is requested during creation of an account or doing business with a company. If one address ends up on a spam list, they can easily filter/delete those emails and also know which company was the source of it.

However, if you’re using a commercial or free providers for email hosting, they my have, as part of their Terms of Service agreement, a limitation on how many addresses you can set up, or what you are allowed to use them for. If you violate those Terms of Service and are found out, they could cancel your account(s). They may also be able to get criminal charges brought up against you, if for example you submitted fraudulent information in order to skirt the systems they had in place to prevent multiple account creation, but they’re unlikely to bother with that except for egregious cases. Otherwise violations of the Terms of Service are essentially a contract dispute.
