It would be an alternate interior angle (interior angles, non-adjacent, and on opposite sides of transversals) ALTERNATE INTERIOR ANGLES ARE ALWAYS CONGRUENT, which means they're equal. So we'll put them equal to each other.

So to find x, we have to make both of the equations equal to each other.

So, it'd look like :

3x - 3 = 60

Solve from there. You should get x = 30.

To find y, you'd have to find an angle relation. Since we cant use an equation with x, the only other number we can use is 60°. The relationship between 4y + 4 and 60° is a linear pair. Linear pairs are always equal to 180°.

So then, you'd put the numbers equal to 180°.

4y + 4 + 60 = 180

Combine like terms and solve from there.

You should get y = 29
