More than 4,000 years ago, people in ancient Babylonia used math to calculate how much land to use for farming and how much of each crop they harvested. They also used math to calculate how much tax to charge people. Today, we use algebraic tools such as writing and solving equations, systems of equations, inequalities, and systems of inequalities to help us measure and interpret real-world scenarios. What twenty-first century tasks do these tools help us manage?

EXCEPT FOR THIS i need another anwser

Step-by-step explanation:

The following are the twenty-first century tasks that the algebraic tools such as writing and solving equations, system of equations, inequalities, and system of inequalities help us to manage -

1) Solving real world problems- We may be considering a purchase—for example, trying to decide whether it's cheaper to buy an item online where you pay shipping or at the store where you do not. Or you may wish to join a CD music club, but aren't sure if you would really save any money by buying a new CD every month in that way. Or you might be considering two different phone contracts.

2)Mixture Problems -Systems of equations crop up frequently in problems that deal with mixtures of two things—chemicals in a solution, nuts and raisins, or even the change in your pocket.

3)Solving the equation by plotting the Graph-It becomes very easy when we write the word problems into system of equations and after that we need to find out the value of variables and plot them so that it becomes very easy and clear to understand the nature of problem and also we will able to answer the many questions from the graph itself.

4)Use of Linear Inequalities - we can have the linear inequalities in two variables as well as one variable. We can also graph inequalities in one variable on the coordinate plane. We just need to remember that when we graph an equation of the type x = a we get a vertical line, and when we graph an equation of the type y = b we get a horizontal line.
