Joe makes a profit of $38 on each gallonof Hot N' Spicy and $35 profit on each gallon of Mild Mannered. He has 18 quarts of tomato sauce and 10 cups of hot peppers on hand. How many gallons of each type of BBQ sauce should he make to maximize his profits?
