At 6 am, the temperature was 73 degrees Fahrenheit. By noon, then temperature had rose 8 degrees. At 4 pm, the temperature was 5 degrees warmer than it was at noon. By 9 pm, the temperature had dropped 16 degrees. What was the temperature at 9 pm?
