Raymond wants to rent a two-bedroom apartment in City Fields. The
apartment has a monthly rent of $1,600. He must pay an application fee
which is 3% of 1 month's rent, a credit application fee of $10, and a
security deposit of 1 month's rent. His landlord requires that first month's
rent be paid up front, but not last month's rent. The broker charged a fee of
8% of 1 year's rent. How much is Dave expected to pay before he can move
into the apartment?
