Can someone help me with this question please only got 2 marks out of 4 and not sure what to do to get these 4 marks ?

In the end portions of your working, you put 2 x 1.43 pounds, but it is supposed to be 2 x 5.72 pounds, as that is the final price of the three for two statement. So the price of the 6 packets of crisps is supposed to be 2 x 5.72 pounds, which is equivalent to 11.44 pounds, making the total of the packets of fig rolls and crisps 2.70 pounds + 11.44 pounds, which then is 14.14 pounds. 4x-3=0

4x=3

x= 3/4

solve for x. 

2x-1= 0

2x= 1

x= 1/2

your answer should be 1/2 is less than or equal to x and 3/4 is greater than or equal to x
