A bag contains 10 ribbons. During an experiment, a ribbon was drawn at random from the bag and then replaced 100 times. A blue ribbon was drawn 9 times. What was the relative frequency of drawing a blue ribbon? If you conducted the experiment 200 times, how many times would you expect to draw a blue ribbon? Would you expect to draw it that many times?
