Attachment added what does the arrow mean on inequalities as well? What does 3n mean?

Alright so n represents a number. 3n means that that numbness has been multiplied by 3. 3n = 3 times n. It’d be -14, -13, -12, -11 etc etc all the way up to 6. It’s saying that 3n can’t be -15 but it can be 6 because the line under the arrow means equal to. If you’ve ever done those crocodile hands it’s basically like the crocodile eats the bigger number.
