Ten tiles numbered 1 through 10 are placed in a bag. You randomly choose one tile. Without replacing the first tile, you randomly choose a second tile. Find the probability of choosing the 4 and then an even number. Write your answer as a fraction in simplest form.
I see that this was answered but it doesn't make sense and the question asks for the answer to be answered in the simplest form as a fraction. Please help!! Thanks
