Emma is trying to graph this function:
f(x) = x(x+5)(x+3)
(x+3)(x + 5)
She tries to draw a function that has an asymptote at
x= -3, and also has an x-intercept at (-3,0).
Is this a good strategy to graph the function? Why or
why not?
