If he is able to maintain this pace, will he reach his goal? If he is able to decrease his average 3 mile pace by 1 minute each month or every 4 weeks, will he reach his goal? Finally, Sean is starting to feel good about his progress and starts wondering what kind of pace it would take to break 1 hour and 50 minutes?
