Iknow that inverse variation formula is y=k/x
and that if x increases y decreases.
but in the following ordered pairs it confuses me that the formula matches
-3=-48/16
-3=-3 so this should be inverse variation
but as x increases i see that y increases too.
this is not suppose to happen or am i not understanding it.
{(-624)}
clarify if this is direct variation, inverse variation or neither.
