Are the two lines parallel, perpendicular, or neither?

y=34x+6 and y=−34x +10

- parallel

b- perpendicular

c- neither

for a line to be parrallel it needs to have the same slope, would this matter if the slope is negative and positive or must it be neg and neg/pos and pos?
