You have been asked to make a scale model of a famous monument that must
fit in your hand. do some research and find a famous building or monument
anywhere in the world.
1. find the dimensions of the building or monument. determine what the
scale factor needs to be and then determine the final dimensions of your
scale model. you do not have to actually build the model.
2. post a picture of your monument (make sure you find a royalty-free
picture), your scale factor, and the final dimensions of your scale model
3. find two student's posts and calculate the original dimensions of their
monuments. then pick a new scale factor and determine the dimensions
of a scale model you would make of the students' monuments.
4. respond to replies on your post.
