you are the new manager of katherine anne's garden supplies, a business that supplies garden tools to san diego businesses. some of their tools are from europe and show metric sizes. for her american customers, katherine anne wants to do a simple calculation and then convert the results to inches.
a. start your computer and log on to windows 10 if necessary, then type to locate the windows app called calculator, and start it.
b. click or tap to enter the number 96 on the calculator.
c. click or tap the division sign button.
d. click or tap the number 4.
e. click or tap the equal sign button (=), and write down the result shown in the calculator window. (hint: the result should be 24.)
f. select the menu expand button in the calculator window, then under converter, select length.
g. enter 24 centimeters, and observe the equivalent length in inches.
h. start notepad, write a short memo about how calculator can you convert metric measurements to inches and feet.
your answer should include information about the weather in toronto and another location that interests you.
