The solutions are (0, -4) and (8, -4).

We can solve this system of equation by equalization method.
x²+7x-4=-x-4
x²+7x+x-4+4=0
x²+8x=0
x(x+8)=0
we have two linear equations :
x=0                                ⇒  x=0        ⇒  y=-x-4=-0-4=-4
(x+8)=0                         ⇒  x=-8      ⇒  y=-x-4=-(-8)-4=8-4=4
