Number 9: ( 3 / y² ) ⁻³ 

Step 1: take the reciprocal:

( 3 / y² ) ⁻³ = ( y² / 3 ) ³

Step 2: distribute the exponent

( y² / 3 ) ³ = y⁶ / 27
