Change these terms to base 3:

=  3^(4*3) - 3^(2*5) + 3^9

= 3^12 - 3^10 + 3^9

= 3^9( 3^3 - 3 + 1))

= 25 * 3^9   so its divisible by 25.

c. 16^4–2^13–4^5    

 Change to base 2:

= 2^(4*4) - 2^13 - 2^(2*5)

= 2^16 - 2^13 - 2^10

= 2^10 (2^6 - 2^3 - 1)

= 2^10 ( 64 - 8 - 1)

= 55 * 2^10

= 11*5 *2^10  which is divisible by 11.
